Our new in house cheer team will consist of 2-3 shows per season. These cheerleaders train 1 day a week for 2 hours. Each practice will consist of tumbling, stunting, jumps, flexibility, and strength. Cheerleaders will perform a choreographed routine 2-3 times during the season in our gym for parents and spectators to watch. This team will be a fun way to introduce cheerleading and boost confidence before joining our competitive team.
