How much does it cost to register my child or family? Yearly registration fees cost $35 for the whole family. $25 per student.
How much is one 60 minute class per week for 1 month for 1 child? $95 a month + a $25/$35 yearly registration fee.
Do you go by sessions? We go month to month.
How does payment work? We go month to month and we will typically charge a card on file or we will except cash or check. If you are using cash or check, payments must be made BEFORE the start of the class month, otherwise we will charge a $25 late fee for holding a spot. *There will be a 3.5% added charge for cards that decline for payment.*
Does Island Gymnastics offer any discounts on classes? yes we offer multiple class discounts as well as sibling discount.
How do I register? Click the "register for classes" button on the homepage on our website and then click the jackrabbit link.
How do I know what classes are available? When registering for classes it will show how many spots are currently available per class. If a class says 'waitlist', that class is full. You can still sign up and waitlist for classes.
I have already registered my child for a class, how do I change their class or register for a new class? If you have registered your child through our online website, please go to your Parent Portal and add or change your child's class. If you do not have a Parent Portal, you can create one or, email us at [email protected] and explain what class your child is in, what time and what class you would like to add or change. We will let you know if that class is available.
How do I know what class is right for my child? We have a wide variety of classes ranging for ages 12 months (walking) to 18 years old. Most of all are classes have an age requirement that is displayed when signing up for classes. We offer gymnastics, cheer, tumbling, and ninja classes. We have class descriptions under each class when registering.
I signed up for class, do I bring my child the same time each week. Yes!
My child missed a class what do I do? Contact us through email to schedule a makeup class with us.
Will I get a refund if my child misses class? No, we do not give refunds, we offer makeup classes that must be scheduled in advance.
Are walk-ins available? Yes, with signed waiver by legal parent/guardian and a fee of $35/student for one class.
Do you offer drop in classes for a single class? Yes we do! Drop ins must be scheduled in advanced and there it is $25 for registered students and $35 for non-registered students.
How much is open gym for ages 5-18? Open gym is $15($16 card) per child. Special Fundraiser open gyms are anywhere from $20-$30
How much is open play for ages 12 months (walking) to 5 years? Open play is $10($11 card) for one child and $5($5.75 card) for siblings.
Can I use open gym or open play as a makeup for a missed class. No, we do not allow open plays or open gyms as makeups at this time. Make up classes must be scheduled within 2 weeks of missed class and can be scheduled before missing a class if you know that you cannot make a curtain day/time.
We want to take a break for a month or so, how do I discontinue so I don't get charged? If you would like to discontinue, please email us at [email protected] at least 2 weeks prior to the upcoming month to avoid being charged.
Do I have to put my credit/debit card in to register? Yes we require a credit/debit card on file. If you are registering as a guest for a birthday party, card is not required.
My child is very close to a skill they need, what can we do? We recommend scheduling a 1 on 1 private lesson with a qualified instructor to help your child gain a necessary skill. Private lessons are typically 30 min to 60 min. Prices vary, 30 min- $50, 60 min - $75.
